PUR Silo PU-H Heavy is a highly durable polyurethane hose with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm, designed for transporting highly abrasive materials under heavy mechanical and vacuum loads. The hose is intended for industrial use in environments with intensive wear, where standard PVC solutions do not provide sufficient resistance.

Thanks to its reinforced polyurethane construction, the Heavy model offers a significantly longer service life when transporting dust, granules, wood chips, sawdust, grain, inert materials, pellets, sand, cement, construction mixtures, plasters, and other large abrasive particles.

The hose wall is made of 100% polyurethane (PUR) with a thickness of 1.6 mm, providing high resistance to abrasion, mechanical stress, and deformation. The construction includes a copper-coated spring steel spiral embedded in the wall, which ensures stability under vacuum and enables static electricity discharge when grounded.

The inner surface is perfectly smooth with optimized flow characteristics, minimizing pressure loss and improving flow rate during pneumatic transport of bulk abrasive materials.
