Pumping is a widespread and effective method for the application of concrete. It is performed by machines, that vary from such for big construction sites, that pump concrete under a strong pressure to machines for smaller construction sites with a lower pressure. The concrete pumps are connected to flexible abrasion-resistant hoses, that transfer the concrete mixture and that is how they can be easily directed to the area of the concrete release. The concrete hose assemblies of DexyFlex are designed to pump concrete through concrete pumps under a high pressure. The hoses are assembled together with specialized crimped nozzles. This type of hose is highly abrasion-resistant, and suitable for the transportation of other highly abrasive mixtures as cement and cast. They are flexible and easy to use and exploit. They have a long service life thanks to their abrasion-resistant inner tube and protective layer. The inner tube is made from antistatic natural rubber and the protective layer from micro perforated synthetic rubber. DexyFlex offers the BETON UC hose with a BETON UC nozzle. This type of concrete hose is a reinforced concrete hose with an extremely high-resistant steel braid. BETON UC is a three layer hose and its inner tube is made from antistatic, natural and CBR rubber, resistant to abrasion, the reinforcement layer is a few steel braids and the protective layer is made by micro perforated synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion and atmospheric influence.
